Gateway Las Vegas will be a residential mixed-use tower and stand 39 stories tall. The ground level will include a lobby, retail space, valet, and access to eight levels of parking. There will be a condo-hotel element to serve business travelers coming so the World Market Center, Regional Justice Center, Federal Courthouse and other downtown businesses.
The first 15 floors of occupancy will contain condo-hotel units. The 14 levels above the condo-hotel units will be residential units, with Penthouses on the top 3 residential floors. The top floor will contain further amenities such as a negative-edge pool with breath-taking views, Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center, Sky-bar, and Zen Meditation Garden.
Gateway Las Vegas will offer studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and Penthouse condominiums. Each unit will feature a professionally designed kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, European-style fixtures and cabinetry, and recessed lighting. Bathroom will include designer fixtures and toilet, stone floors, European-style cabinetry, and vanity lighting.
Gateway will distinguish itself from other down town Las Vegas by not only its location but its unique architecture which will set a precedent for the downtown revitalization; it will provide a gateway to the downtown.
